Online coaching

Change is a system.

You already know a workout. The open question is the seven days after it. Small-cohort coaching. Weekly check-ins. The next group is allocated.

The offer

A small cohort. A written week.

FLUX is online coaching for adults. The difference is allocation: a limited group, one check-in a week, and a record. Not a video library. Not a checkout.

The room is empty on purpose. This is not a client.
  1. 01

    Training.

A written plan for the days you train. The sessions live in the cohort, not on a public feed.

  2. 02

    Nutrition habits.

A short set of eating habits. Not a medical diet. Not a supplement protocol.

  3. 03

    Accountability.

One check-in each week. The check-in is about the log, not a broadcast.

  4. 04

    Documentation.

You keep the record. Numbers and photographs stay private unless you consent to publish them.

How it works

Apply. Then a cohort. Then the week.

  1. 01

    Apply.

You write what you want changed and confirm you are an adult. There is no payment on this site.

  2. 02

    Cohort.

A small group is opened. You are told if you are in it. A full cohort means you wait for the next one.

  3. 03

    Weekly check-ins.

Training, nutrition habits, and the log. The check-in reads that record.

What changes hands

You take on a record. You set down the guess.

You take on.

  • A training plan for the cohort
  • Nutrition habits, written down
  • A weekly check-in
  • A log you keep

You set down.

  • Weeks with no record
  • Eating by guess
  • Training with no check-in
  • A public before-and-after you did not approve

Proof

Case files after consent.

No client photographs, measurements, or quotes are published. A case file is added only after that client approves the record. Until then, this is an empty file, not a claim.

A closed notebook, a pencil, and a measuring tape on a black table. Not a client record.
Objects, not a result. No consented file is attached.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is FLUX?
Small-cohort online coaching for adults. Weekly check-ins. The work is training, nutrition habits, accountability, and a written record.
How do I join?
Apply. The next cohort is allocated. This site does not take payment and does not hold a checkout.
What does it cost?
FLUX has not published a price. Coaching of this kind is often discussed between $2,000 and $8,000. The founder sets the figure for a cohort before anyone is asked to pay. That range is not an offer to sell.
Where are the results?
There are no consented case files yet. See Results.
Who is the coach?
Anthony Perlas. Credentials, client counts, and testimonials are not listed until he supplies them for publication. See Coach.
Is this medical care?
No. FLUX does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It does not advise on steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs. Read the health disclaimers.
What happens to my application?
It goes to the coach through a short Google Form. He replies by email or text. Applying does not reserve a seat and takes no payment.
How small is the cohort?
Small enough that the weekly check-in can be about your log. The exact number of seats is set when a cohort opens. It is not listed here yet.

Contact

The application is the contact.

There is no phone number and no public email on this site. Apply through the form and the coach replies.

Why we build

FLUX coaches durable habits in small cohorts. No outcome guarantees, no medical advice. Its founder, Anthony Perlas, applies the same idea at the largest scale he can think of: the brightening Sun gives Earth roughly a billion habitable years (solar-model estimate), so he believes humanity needs a long-term system too, one that becomes spacefaring. That part is his belief, not a coaching claim.
